This week’s running schedule was disrupted by terrible weather and my long running molar extraction saga. I managed 10K on my lunch break yesterday and a longer outing today. The legs felt stronger today, after four days of inaction, and I’m hoping to get out again tomorrow, which will mean I’ll have clocked up 20 miles for the week. Hoping normal service will resume again next week. That is all.
My Running Week

We are Stephen and Fionnuala and this is our story. We live in Northern Ireland, have been married for 17 years and have three kids - Adam, Hannah and Rebecca. We hope that our story will inspire and encourage others. We have walked a rocky road yet here we are today, together and stronger than ever. We are far from perfect and our faith has been battered and bruised. But an untested faith is a pointless faith. Just as a fractured faith is better than none at all. We hope you enjoy the blog. Good work. Seems like a lot of miles to me since I measure my walks in city blocks.

As I’m on a long term injury break (3 months is at least 2 months too long!) I know the desire of getting back into a normal running pattern. Wishing you good dental health and excellent running weather! 😀

I’m full of admiration … running and I have never bonded well. Had a lovely walk though today around Covent Garden but I don’t think that’s really counts as exercise. Have a good run tomorrow and I hope the weather is kind to you! 🏃🏻♂️🏃🏻♂️🏃🏻♂️🏃🏻♂️

Brilliant. Coming home for Christmas? I’ve always fancied the Cork Marathon some day.

Yes, we will be in Dublin and Cork. Cork Marathon is also on the list. Just not sure which year.
