I’m Shameless, I Know, But….

Call it shameless attention seeking, but it’s not every day you get to say you’ve written a book and it’s been published. My debut novel, ‘The Kirkwood Scott Chronicles: Skelly’s Square,’ went live on Amazon yesterday, and is now available to buy worldwide on Amazon in e-book and paperback format.

I hope you all enjoy the book. All reviews, reblogs, shares and recommendations would be much appreciated. Tell your friends and family, tell the stranger on the bus for that matter. Here’s the link to Amazon:

Thank you again for the incredible support and encouragement I’ve received this week. I’ve relied so much on my WordPress family during this journey and I’m relying on you all again. Let’s keep the ‘Kirkwood Ball’ rolling.

We are Stephen and Fionnuala and this is our story. We live in Northern Ireland, have been married for 15 years and have three kids - Adam, Hannah and Rebecca. We hope that our story will inspire and encourage others. We have walked a rocky road yet here we are today, together and stronger than ever. We are far from perfect and our faith has been battered and bruised. But an untested faith is a pointless faith. Just as a fractured faith is better than none at all. We hope you enjoy the blog.

  1. Hi Stephen, just to let you know I’ve downloaded your book and so far I am impressed. Are you aiming at the Tolstoyian approach to chapters? 91 seems a lot but I guess it’s value for money. I was just wondering if that may overwhelm some people. But so far so good. Just wanted to give you some encouragement. You have a good style of writing too. When complete I will write a full review on my site.

                1. My first impression and ‘gut feeling’, that sound strange…Your book has the potential to be turned into something to watch on the big screen…just an initial hunch
