We are Stephen and Fionnuala and this is our story. We live in Northern Ireland, have been married for 17 years and have three kids - Adam, Hannah and Rebecca. We hope that our story will inspire and encourage others. We have walked a rocky road yet here we are today, together and stronger than ever. We are far from perfect and our faith has been battered and bruised. But an untested faith is a pointless faith. Just as a fractured faith is better than none at all. We hope you enjoy the blog. Some days it feels that way. Others, those demons go off and have Ghost Peppers for Breakfast.

Thank you for sharing such a powerful statement that speaks to the struggle of mental illness. I think it is a very important statement during this month of Domestic Violence Awareness.

It looks like I am a couple days behind in seeing this, but I really want you to know that your transparency in your own journey is helping me to be more honest about mine. I wrote about it this morning, I pray that honesty and grace in the battle becomes the new norm, and with more voices like yours, it truly will be. Thank you! https://journeyofredemption.com/2019/10/12/can-christians-be-depressed/
