I am me.
I am not my OCD.
I am me.
Can you see the real me?

We are Stephen and Fionnuala and this is our story. We live in Northern Ireland, have been married for 17 years and have three kids - Adam, Hannah and Rebecca. We hope that our story will inspire and encourage others. We have walked a rocky road yet here we are today, together and stronger than ever. We are far from perfect and our faith has been battered and bruised. But an untested faith is a pointless faith. Just as a fractured faith is better than none at all. We hope you enjoy the blog. This is very insightful. My OCD can make me seem like a neurotic worry wart but my true personality is fun and vibrant.

Hey dude, just wondering if you have a support group? I’ve found one near me and it’s been hugely beneficial.

No, I don’t, it’s not really my thing. But thank you for suggesting it.

I have autoimmune. I don’t want to be defined by the brokenness of my body. Thanks for sharing!

I see you! ❤️
I feel this way with my migraines more so than my mental illness; I’m just the girl who always has one. 🤷
