I’m always making new friends on my Saturday run and today was no exception. I pass this chap most weeks but this is the first time he has posed for a picture. We obviously must have reached the next level of our friendship. Maybe one day he will come over and let me pat his nose. 6.5 miles today at a decent….ahem….gallop. Lovely dry, crisp conditions. Have a great Saturday everyone.

We are Stephen and Fionnuala and this is our story. We live in Northern Ireland, have been married for 17 years and have three kids - Adam, Hannah and Rebecca. We hope that our story will inspire and encourage others. We have walked a rocky road yet here we are today, together and stronger than ever. We are far from perfect and our faith has been battered and bruised. But an untested faith is a pointless faith. Just as a fractured faith is better than none at all. We hope you enjoy the blog. Nice work. Your friend’s accessories make me think you won’t be touching his nose any time soon.

Sooo cute, donning a sweater! My favorite color too. That’s amazing you can run so far like that. I wish I could, I am amazed by runners. You must be like my sister, she’s been a Varsity level XC track star since high school.

Beautiful photo. I miss my two “boys” every day. I think I prefer the company of dogs and horses to people. Does that make me anti-social?
