Question Of The Day?

I find it very difficult to. You?

Published by Fractured Faith Blog

We are Stephen and Fionnuala and this is our story. We live in Northern Ireland, have been married for 17 years and have three kids - Adam, Hannah and Rebecca. We hope that our story will inspire and encourage others. We have walked a rocky road yet here we are today, together and stronger than ever. We are far from perfect and our faith has been battered and bruised. But an untested faith is a pointless faith. Just as a fractured faith is better than none at all. We hope you enjoy the blog.

  1. In the city I live in we do not have a book store save for Hull’s Christian Books. Shoppers has books. Places like that but not an actual book store. When I go into Winnipeg I always go to a Chapters and wander around for an hour just browsing books and book related items. Oh the smell…… 🙂

      1. Well if you look up Steinbach Manitoba Canada the area was settled by those escaping religious persecution. The community has more churches then anywhere lol there are an excessive amount and here’s hoping in the next twenty years or so we will get a real bookstore.

          1. So… Mysteries, romances, humor, history, science, apologetics, theology, and self improvement from a Christian perspective aren’t “real books”? 😦
(I wish Christians would read MORE of them, maybe they’d act more like Christians, and people would be drawn to churches instead of “allergic” to them. 😉 )

  2. The problem isn’t I have too many books, but that I don’t have enough storage for all the books 🙂 I love going in book stores and libraries. There is nothing like the smell of paper and ink all clustered together. It is the scent of adventure, poetry, and a thousand stories waiting to be heard 🙂

  3. I can’t pass by. I often check out the library and any opshops I pass too. Book Depository has also received quite a few dollars from me!

  4. I’m afraid my thoughts while passing book stores has become a lot like my thoughts while deleting blog posts without reading them: “There aren’t 157 hours in a day, so I will have to miss a few things. I’ll survive somehow.”
