I’m on the train as another week in the office looms ahead of me. I’m not quite representative of the diagram below but I’ve certainly had my moments. I’m grateful to have my job though. Much as I detest Monday mornings it pays the bills and affords me the financial stability to pursue other interests. I remain grateful for having a loving family, a good job and a roof over my head.
We are Stephen and Fionnuala and this is our story. We live in Northern Ireland, have been married for 17 years and have three kids - Adam, Hannah and Rebecca.
We hope that our story will inspire and encourage others. We have walked a rocky road yet here we are today, together and stronger than ever. We are far from perfect and our faith has been battered and bruised.
But an untested faith is a pointless faith. Just as a fractured faith is better than none at all.
We hope you enjoy the blog.

I think that your diagram probably speaks for a lot of people today.
As you said though it is something to be thankful for and pays the bills.
I hope that you have a blessed week in work but also find the time to do the things that you really enjoy. 😊
She is back at school now so I am not sure that she has finished reading it because of her school work. But, she did said that she loves what she read so far.
I could agree with this a lot. The thing is that at least you have your writing and a great family to come home to at the end of the day. So yes there is much to be grateful for 🙂 I’m having a hard time finding the positive right now so I will try to keep the small things in mind as you said.

Funny diagram 🙂. I am positive that diagram do not represent you at work. You are a hard worker.

Haha, that’s funny! I work at home so I can’t complain and there’s no point in pretending to work. But I do get distracted, especially on Mondays.

🙂 I’d say that “pretend to be working” one takes most of the circle.

I worked with a co-worker once who mostly gave me all her work to do. 🤷 That was always interesting…
